Overview
Chulak is no ordinary world to the Goa'uld. It is one of their breeding grounds for Jaffa, where generation after generation of soldiers is raised to serve Apophis. An entire culture is built there on faith in their false god and the honor of battle. Perfect soil for producing slaves convinced they are serving a deity.
Its story
Chulak is where everything turns. When SG-1 is captured there and sentenced to death, Apophis's own First Prime, Teal'c, makes his choice: he turns against his god and frees the Tau'ri. That act, on that very world, lights the spark of the Jaffa rebellion. Chulak will forever be the place where a people of slaves began to raise their heads.
