A young Athosian, Jinto's best friend, growing up among the refugees on Atlantis. Wex is the childhood of Pegasus, innocence in the midst of war.
Overview
Wex is a young Athosian boy, Jinto's inseparable friend. Like him, he is one of the refugee children taken in by the Atlantis expedition after fleeing the Wraith.
His story
Curious and mischievous, Wex and Jinto explore the city of the Ancients, sometimes causing a few scares, quite unintentionally, by awakening its mysteries.
Their presence is a reminder that Atlantis is also home to families and children, with their games and their future to protect. Like Jinto, Wex embodies that touch of innocence and ordinary life at the heart of a world at war.
The actor
Wex is played by a young Casey Dubois, one of the child actors of the early seasons of Atlantis. He brings a welcome freshness to the little Athosian.
