A world of little apparent interest, except for one thing: an Ancient console that downloads all the knowledge of the Ancients in one go into the mind of whoever is careless enough to get close. And Jack O'Neill is the one who gets stuck with it.
Overview
On P3R-272, the Ancients left behind a machine that transfers their immense knowledge directly into the human brain. Magnificent, and terribly dangerous: the human mind isn't built to take that much.
History
When O'Neill undergoes the transfer, he starts speaking an ancient language and inventing impossible technology, all while slowly burning out. P3R-272 is the first time Earth gets a taste of the Ancients' mind-boggling legacy.
