Overview
Rak'nor is a Jaffa who joins the liberation movement led by Teal'c and Bra'tac. Wary at first, he becomes one of the rebellion's loyal supporters against the Goa'uld false gods.
His story
The Jaffa fight for freedom doesn't rest on Teal'c's shoulders alone: it relies on a multitude of warriors working in the shadows. Rak'nor is one of them, ready to risk his life for the cause.
His journey, from doubt to total commitment, illustrates the slow awakening of an entire people. Rak'nor embodies the countless anonymous Jaffa who, one by one, chose to stop serving as cannon fodder for the Goa'uld.
The actor
Rak'nor is played by Obi Ndefo, an American actor of Nigerian descent. He gives the rebel Jaffa a conviction and intensity equal to his fight.
