The colonel sent from Earth to take command of Atlantis during the Wraith siege. Everett is the military authority sent as reinforcement, broken by the ordeal.
Overview
Colonel Dillon Everett is an officer dispatched from Earth to lead the defense of Atlantis during the first great Wraith siege. An old-school military man, he shakes up the expedition's habits.
His story
Everett arrives with a heavy hand, sidelining Sheppard and imposing his discipline in the face of the imminent threat. His authority, resented at first, reveals real courage in combat.
But the Wraith assault leaves him scarred for life, drained of part of his life force. His fate is a brutal reminder of the price paid during the siege. Everett embodies the reinforcements from Earth who run headlong into the horror of Pegasus.
The actor
Everett is played by Clayton Landey, an American actor with a long career in supporting roles in TV and film. He gives the colonel all the martial stiffness you'd expect.
